City Host
Bring VBRNTT to Your Town
Part-time, flexible, and built around the nights you'd want to go to anyway. We're looking for City Hosts to launch VBRNTT where you live.
Get the Details & ApplyWhat You'd Be Building
VBRNTT throws the kind of nights women actually want to go to. Book clubs that are really girls' nights. Book fairs with authors and vendors. Golf, pool parties, craft nights, business mixers — all of it under one roof, all of it about getting women in a room together.
We've been doing this for over three years and we're currently in Utah, Idaho and Nevada. Now we're handing the keys to women who want to build it somewhere new.
What a City Host Actually Does
-
Run the Nights
You bring our events to life in your city — setting up, working with venues, and making sure everyone who walks in feels like they belong there.
-
Build the Community
You're the face of VBRNTT where you live. You'll run your city's Instagram, show up on camera sometimes, and grow a group of women who keep coming back.
-
We Handle the Rest
Training, event templates, marketing support, and a host education portal we're building right now. You're not figuring this out alone.
How You Get Paid
This is event-based, so what you earn is tied to the events you host.
- Ticketed events: you take 20% of net ticket sales.
- Market-style events like book fairs: a flat day rate based on the scope and hours.
Who We're Looking For
No formal experience needed. We're looking for energy, reliability, and someone who gets what we're doing.
This is for you if you love hosting and want to be more involved in your own community. If you can talk to a stranger like you've known her for years. If you're open to learning social media and being on camera when it counts. And if you can roll with it when something goes sideways — because sometimes it will.
Heads up: this is a part-time independent contractor role, event-based, with most events on evenings and weekends.
Your City Could Be Next
This is a new role for 2026, and we're going nationwide by the end of 2027. Get in while it's still being built — you'll help shape what VBRNTT looks like in your city.

Hosting with Vibrant has been such a rewarding way to build community. I love watching new faces become familiar friends and seeing people return each month for the conversations, the connection, and the chance to share what they're reading.
As a host, I feel supported and can focus on what I love most: welcoming new readers, getting conversations going, and watching friendships form. It's given me a sense of connection and purpose, too!

Being the Twin Falls host for Vibrant Book Club has been such a rewarding and fun experience I am so proud to be apart of!
Vibrant Book Club is about so much more than books. It's about bringing women together, building genuine friendships, trying new things, supporting local businesses, and creating a space where women feel welcomed, connected, and empowered.
One of my favorite parts of being a host is being able to bring women together, celebrate them, and create a community where everyone feels like they belong is something I'm genuinely passionate about. Helping remind women that even in the busiest seasons of life, there's still room to reconnect with the hobbies they love, get lost in a good book, and make time for themselves.
I'm so grateful to be part of Vibrant Book Club and to help make Twin Falls a place where women can connect, support one another, and feel empowered to be themselves.
